When we first made this website and started off our advertising campaign we found ourselves browsing alot of mountain bike blogs. On these we found a lot of variations of the same familiar question."Where can I buy a good mountain bike in Bangkok?", "Where is the best place to get a mountain bike from in Thailand?" or "I'm going to Bangkok and am planning on touring on a bicycle. Where is the best place to get a good quality bike from?".
We see alot of helpful responses of course but unless you know your way around Bangkok, which is like a maze to most people then your back to asking questions again and still none the wiser.
So we have put together a new services.
Buying bicycle parts.
Most bike shops in Bangkok are quite small and there stock is limited but luckily we know most of so almost all parts and accessories can be ordered and if in stock can be delivered the same day. Fitting of specialist parts can also be arranged.
Buying a bicycle.
If you are looking for a bicycle to buy then we have a few mountain bikes in our shop for sale. We can also advise you about bikes available Thailand and order you a bicycle which can be delivered the same day if in stock.
If you would like to go to some shops and choose a bike then a chauffer service can be arranged to take you to two local bike shops which are cheap and helpful and one of owners can speak English. The bikes available in these shops are usually Trek, Merida, Gary Fisher and Kona. If you decided to buy a bike then transportation for it back to Khao san Rd isn’t a problem as we have a pick up truck.
The Bike shop chauffer service price is 500 THB.
